I am a Senior Career Counsellor and Education Consultant with over 14 years of experience supporting students and parents through key academic and career decisions from Classes VIII to XII.

My counselling approach focuses on helping students discover their strengths, interests, and realistic possibilities, while helping parents understand the choices available in a clear and structured way. I work towards finding the right academic and career fit for each student, keeping their aptitude, personality, emotional readiness, and family context in mind.

I have guided students through subject selection, stream planning, and higher-education pathways in India and abroad. With early planning and step-by-step mentoring, several students have secured admissions to reputed institutions along with merit-based and need-based scholarships.

Currently, I work as a Career Counselling Consultant at Vidyagyan School, mentoring high-potential students through career exploration, college applications, and scholarship interview preparation. Previously, at City Montessori School, Kanpur Road Campus, Lucknow, I led structured career guidance programmes for senior school students, designed profile-building frameworks, conducted parent orientation sessions, and supported students in research, leadership, and admissions planning.
